Senior Management
Before creating Osesam, Alain Hortion and Stéphane Pesic worked together at Groupe Arnault - LVMH for 12 years in the development of global, mixed-used projects. Through out these 12 years, they contributed in the creation of projects such as the Miami Design District, the Boot Tower in Shanghai, Ginza 6 in Tokyo, 4 place Vendôme and 17 rue Jean Goujon in Paris as well as 160-161 New Bond Street and 17-20 New Bond Street in London.
This track record has given them extensive, multi-asset class experience and demonstrates their collective agility in selecting, acquiring and developing dynamic, sustainable projects while adding value through rigorous management strategies.

Stéphane Pesic

Previously, Stéphane Pesic was the Head of Real Estate Investments & Acquisitions of Groupe Arnault, the family office of Bernard Arnault. As such, he led an investment strategy focusing on office, residential, retail and hospitality assets throughout the whole European market and the whole risk spectrum (Core+ to Opportunistic).
